Huludao: 6 Safeguard Measures to Serve the People “the Spring Festival in Place”

　　In order to actively guide the people to respond to the national call for "the Spring Festival in Place" and effectively promote the prevention and control of the epidemic, Huludao Public Security Bureau has formulated and introduced six safeguard measures for "Spring Festival in Place". 

　　In order to provide census register service for people from other places, the city establishes an appointment mechanism and releases booking telephone number. People who want to handle the business from other places during the holiday can call the booking number in the local police station, and the local police station can provide service of long distance in the province registered permanent residence migration, identity CARDS and residence permit. 

　　It also provides second generation identity card business for Huludao residents living in other places. People, who have lost their Identity Cards within 2 years, can entrust other people to rehandle the business due to “Spring Festival in places”.　　 

　　 It strengthens patrols to ensure safety. It organizes City Public Security Bureau Falcon Commandos, various counties (cities) area public security bureau patrol groups strengthen patrol social prevention and control work during the Spring Festival, guiding and helping people after drinking trampling the streets and homesick people with consideration. 

　　It customizes services to ensure safety.The security work at the residence of the migrant workers should be strengthened.Do a better job of "thousands of civilian police union enterprise" activities, organizing the public security organ cadres at all levels in the city and district police station take the initiative to contact enterprise. It also investigates situations of migrant workers during Spring Festival, walking into their workplace to carry out safety education, to ensure personal property safety. 

　　 In order to make a correct judge on traffic during “Spring Festival in Place”,it analyzes the epidemic situation, meteorological conditions,traffic flow, road and policy,and formulates transportation safety study and judge list and releases it by ways of WeChat Official Account so as to help people consult the traffic.   

　　It strengthens the road traffic safety management during the Spring Festival, formulates targeted police arrangement during the Spring Festival , gazes at enterprises on work and its surrounding traffic,which sets up temporary police checkpoints in the provincial trunk road, rural highway main node . It has strict control of passenger overcrowding, drunk driving, such as severe traffic violations, eliminate serious traffic safety hidden danger, so as to ensure that migrant workers to work safely.
