On September 28, Huludao began the training of promoting the "all-in-one" government services.On September 30, the First Action Implementation Plan of "Huludao All-in-one Municipal Government service”was issued.According to the plan, Huludao will deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, optimize the process of government affairs service, and build a unified and efficient general portal of government affairs service online, so as to realize one general portal, one login, and all Internet access online for enterprises and the masses, and only one door can be entered offline and run at most once.The countdown promotion plan of the whole city takes 10 days as a node, and there will be no approval beyond the list.Break through the data barrier, realize the application of electronic license and electronic seal, which can be approved as soon as the service is done. The approval of municipal public facilities projects is compressed to 5 working days, and the approval of general enterprise establishment is completed in 2 working days. The approval of small and low-risk construction projects will be completed within 30 working days.
