Huludao Municipal Government Hold A Meeting on Promoting the Primiary Industry Growth
On the afternoon of May 6th, Huludao Municipal Government hold a meeting on promoting the primary industry growth. The mayor Wang Liwei attended the meeting and made a speech.
During the meeting, the responsible person of the agriculture and country bureau interpreted Huludao 2020 Work Program of Promoting the Primary Industry Growth .The responsible people of many agricultural enterprises introduced their production and management ,plan of this year and problems that need to be solved.
Wang Liwei pointed out that the city has a good natural resourceand location conditions, which has the advantage of developing agriculture.All counties (cities) should attach great importance to agriculture, rural economy and agricultural enterprises, actively take effective measures to activate the resources and advantages of our city, and do everything possible to develop the primary industry.
We need to achieve integrated development of the first, second and third industries, constantly improve the quality of the development of the first industry, and increase the share of agriculture in the total economy.We should vigorously develop deep processing of agricultural products, innovate models to expand the sale of agricultural products, and integrate them with the Internet industry.We should earnestly study specific measures, vigorously develop agriculture with distinctive features, and actively promote agricultural standardization and branding.We need to be targeted and precise, keep our eyes on the target, and ensure the completion of this year's agricultural targets and tasks.We should use innovative thinking to promote agricultural development and achieve incremental development in the first production.
Wang liwei required that each county (city) district should further implement responsibility to promote the health development of the city's first industry by means of grasping the characteristics and potential enterprises,making efforts to improve the level of modern agriculture in our city
